摘要
为研究用于特殊液压动力系统的开敞式离心泵的水力性能,设计了含方形压力舱的开敞式离心泵系统,对该离心泵进行了水力性能测试、内流场PIV测试,建立整个回路系统模型进行内部流动分析并预测性能。介绍了开敞式离心泵模型结构、试验装置、试验方法和数值模拟方法,内流和外特性的试验结果与数值模拟结果取得了较好的一致。研究结果表明,开敞式离心泵由于受到扩压腔和压力舱结构的限制,压力舱内流动损失明显,其性能明显低于普通蜗壳式离心泵,在有限的压力舱里提高开敞式离心泵性能的关键在于合理设计扩压腔和压力舱出口管结构。
To study the hydrodynamic performance of centrifugal pump with open-type diffuser in a specific hydraulic system,the hydrodynamic performance and the flow field of an open-type centrifugal pump was tested,and the internal flow and hydraulic performance of the pump system was analyze by using computational fluid dynamics(CFD).The structure of the open-type centrifugal pump with rectangular pressure tank and the numerical simulation methods were introduced.The experiment results and numerical simulation results achieved better consistency.The results show that the flow structure in open-type pump is complicated and the hydraulic losses of the pressure tank flow is significant,and the efficiency is lower than the volute centrifugal pumps.The performance reduction is mainly caused by structural restrict of the diffuser chamber and pressure tank,and the key of the open-type pump performance improvement lies on the rational design of the diffuser and the discharge structures of pressure tank.
