气流作用下水平管外液柱偏移特性的数值模拟研究 被引量:3

NUMERICAL INVESTIGATION ON THE OFFSET CHARACTERISTICS OF FALLING LIQUID COLUMNS OVER HORIZONTAL TUBES UNDER THE INTERACTION OF INTER-TUBE GAS FLOWS

摘要 为了更好地研究水平管外降膜蒸发时的降膜流动规律及其影响因素,本文利用VOF方法建立了液体在水平管外降膜流动的计算模型,并对液柱在管束间的偏移特性进行了数值模拟研究;将数值模拟的计算结果与对应的实验结果相比较,数值解与实验值吻合程度较好;结合实验结果与数值计算结果,推导出了适应性较广的计算液柱偏移量的无量纲关系式。利用所推导的关联式对水蒸气流作用下的液柱偏移量进行预测,为海水淡化工程设计提供参考。 A falling-film calculation model is built in the present study with the VOF method in order to analyze the characteristics of the inter-tube gas-liquid two-phase flows in horizontal tube bundles.The offset characteristics of falling liquid columns over horizontal tubes under the interaction of gas flows is simulated,and the numerical results are compared with the experimental data,and good agreement between the numerical solution and the experimental data are found.On the basis of the results obtained in this study,a non-dimensional correlation is established by the combination of the experimental data and numerical results to calculate the offset of the falling liquid columns. The correlation is then used to predict the water column offset under the interaction of vapor stream, which can provide a reference for practical design of sea-water desalination facilities.
