摘要
选用18~24月龄南阳公牛20头,随机分为试验和对照组,在精料水平相同情况下,分别喂以微贮和普通麦秸,观测微贮饲料对供试牛的增重效果。经过90天饲养试验,试验组牛与对照组牛平均头总增重分别为76.7kg和61.2kg;平均头日增重分别为0.852kg和0.680kg。屠宰结果,试验组牛和对照组牛屠宰率分别为55.6%和53.2%;净肉率分别为45.5%和42.4%。试验组牛比对照组平均每头多产净肉2.08kg,净增效益299.4元。结果表明:微贮饲料育肥南阳牛可降低成本,提高增重,增加经济效益,值得大力推广。
male Nanyang bulls with the age between 18 to 24 month old were selected and divide into two groups,one group received the microbial wheat straw silage,and the other group received wheat straw as Control group at the same concentrate level to investigate the growth performance of animals.The average gain of treatment and control group were 76.7 and 61.2kg during 90 days trial,the average daily gain were 0.852 and 0.680kg/d,respectively.Dressing percentage of treatment and control group was 55.6 and 53.2%;meat percentage was 45.5 and 42.4%.Animals per head in treatment group could produce 20.8kg more meat than in control group on average with net economic return of 299.4 RMB Yuan.The results indicated that fattening Nanyang cattle with microbial wheat straw silage could cut the costs, improve body weight gain and increase profits which was worthy of large scale extension.
