Using antagonists as biological-control agents against Aflatoxin in peanuts

摘要 花生中黄曲霉毒素污染影响食品安全,给我国带来巨大的经济损失。介绍了黄曲霉和黄曲霉毒素的一般特性,并将生物防治技术对抑制黄曲霉生长和黄曲霉毒素产生的研究进展做一综述。特别介绍花生荚果际微生物作为生防菌在防治黄曲霉毒素方面的优势和研究现状,提出花生荚果际微生物作为拮抗微生物的生物防治技术具有很强的应用前景。 Contamination of peanuts with Aflatoxins affects both food safety and agricultural economies in China. The characteristics of Aspergillus flavus and aflatoxins have been introduced. This paper review recent development in biological-control against growth of Aspergillus flavus and Aflatoxin production. Particularly the geocarposphere organisms of peanuts as biological-control agents have been introduced, and these organisms have shown great promise in Aflatoxin control.
