摘要
以橡子仁为原料发酵制取燃料乙醇,对其中的液化条件进行了优化。以橡子淀粉转化率为指标,通过对液化温度、酶用量、液化时间、液固比等进行单因素实验和正交实验,得出其最佳液化条件为:液化温度为70℃、酶用量70U/g橡子、液化时间1h、液固比为7∶1,淀粉转化率达90.4%。
The liquefaction of acorn starch to ferment fuel ethanol was optimized. By investigating the yields of glucose, the liquefaction conditions were optimized with single factor and orthogonal tests. The best reaction temperature, enzyme dosage, time and liquid -solid ratio were 70 ℃ , 70 U/g acorn starch, 1 h and 7 ∶1, respectively. Under those conditions, the yield of glucose was 90.4%.
