摘要
采用高速逆流色谱与大孔吸附树脂柱色谱结合的方法,从生姜中分离制备了高纯度的6-姜酚(纯度为98.4%)单体,并采用电喷雾质谱(ESI-MS)及核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)、碳谱(13CNMR)对得到的化合物鉴定结构。研究结果表明该方法制备量大、分离效率高。
High-speed countercurrent chromatography combined with adsorption column chromatography was developed for the preparative separation of 6-gingerol from Ginger rhizomes. 6-gingerol (98.4%) was obtained. Electrospray mass spectrum, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR) and 13C nuclear magnetic resonance (13C NMR) were employed for the identification of the structure of the compound. The results revealed that the method is of high preparative capacity and high efficiency in resolution.
