摘要
研究沙棘榨汁提油后的废弃物籽及果皮渣中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。通过单因素实验确定影响沙棘籽及果皮渣黄酮浸提的因素及水平,然后采用正交实验设计,确定乙醇浸提沙棘籽及果皮渣黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度50%、温度80℃、时间2h、固液比1∶40。
The best extracting technologic of flavonoids from the seed and peels dregs of hippophae Sea buckthorn was studied. The factors and levels impacting the extraction of flavonoids were determined by the single factor experiments, and the best extraction technologic of flavonoids was obtained by using the orthogonal test as followed: alcohol concentration 50%, temperature 80 ℃, time 2 h, solid-to-liquid ratio1∶40.
