摘要
应用超临界CO2流体萃取技术萃取月见草油,通过单因素和正交实验得出最佳参数:即原料含水量4%,粉碎度50目,萃取时间3h,萃取压力30MPa,萃取温度35℃,月见草油萃取率达95.97%;然后将萃取的月见草油进行冷冻结晶,降温速度3℃/h,搅拌速度30r/min,温度降至-20℃后停止搅拌,并保持此温度储存18h,于-20℃,以10000r/min的速度冷冻离心20min,月见草油碘值从143gI2/100g提高到157gI2/100g。
Evening primrose oil was extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technology. Determining through the single factor and orthogonal tests, the optimum conditions were: the water content 4% , the comminution degree 50 mesh, the extraction time 3 h, the extraction pressure 30 MPa, the extraction temperature 35 ℃. These conditions gave yields of 95.97% of total oil. Oil containing more unsaturated fatty acid was obtained by freezing extraction under the conditions that hypothermia speed 3 ℃/h, stirring speed 30 r/min, stop stirring after temperature turn to -20 ℃, freezing time 18h with the same temperature, and freezing centrifugate time 20 min, centrifugate speed 10000 r/min under centrifugate temperature -20 ℃, which can make iodine value from 143 gI2/100 g to 157 gI2/100 g.
