摘要
以新疆油莎豆为原料,研究料液比、浸提温度、浸提时间对油莎豆油提取率的影响,确定提取的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶12、提取温度60℃、提取时间2h,最优条件下油莎豆油得率为89.68%。经GC-MS分析,结果表明油莎豆油中不饱和脂肪酸86.2%,其中亚油酸和油酸的含量分别为10.04%和75.90%。
The effect of material and solvent ratio,temperature and time on extracting rate of almond oil was researched. The optimal extraction conditions was as follows: material to liquid ratio (g/mL) 1∶12, extracting temperature 60 ℃ and extracting time 2 hours,the oil yield reached 89.68% under the optimal conditions. GC-MS analysis indicated that the content of unsaturated fatty acids of Cyperus esculentus oil was 86.2%, in which the contents of linoleic acid and oleic acid were 24.57% and 67.13% respectively.
