摘要
硝酸乙醇法制备得到苹果渣纤维素,将纤维素除杂后用铜氨溶液作为溶剂溶解。利用DV-III+可编程控制式流变仪,测定铜氨溶液和苹果渣纤维素-铜氨溶液在相同时间里的黏度。利用经验公式计算得出苹果渣纤维素的聚合度为532~546。
By using ethanol nitrate mixtures extract and obtain the cellulose from marc and remove impurities in it. Making it dissolved by copper ammonia solution. Making use of DV -III +programmable rheometer determines the viscosity of copper ammonia solution and cellulose-copper ammonia solution at the same time. At last, calculate the marc cellulose's polymerization by means of conversion formula. It is 532~546.
