胶束增溶分光光度法测定食品中的铝含量 被引量:5

Determination of aluminum content in food by optimized micellar solubilization spectrophotometry

摘要 实验建立了Al-CAS-CPC-OP胶束增溶分光光度法。在pH6.55的6次甲基四胺缓冲溶液中,配合物的最大吸收波长为630nm,表观摩尔吸收系数为1.49×105L/mol·cm,Al(Ⅲ)的浓度在0~0.2μg/mL范围内符合比耳定律。利用该方法对食品中的铝含量进行测定,加标回收率为93.7%~102.0%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.3%~6.8%。 The aluminum content in foods was determined in the Al (Ⅲ)-CAS-CPC-OP system by micellar solubilization spectrophotometry. Simplex optimization design was carried out to create an optimal experimental condition. The Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0~0.2 μg/mL for Al (Ⅲ) in medium of pH 6.55 at 630 nm, with apparent molar absorptivity of 1.49×10^5 L/mo·lcm. The method has been used to the determination of aluminum in food with the RSD of 2.3%~6.8% and the recovery of 93.7%~102.0%.
