摘要
HACCP体系是目前国际上共同认可和普遍接受的食品安全保障体系。介绍了HACCP体系在部分发达国家和我国的运行现状,比较了其中的差异,探讨了随着技术进步与产业的发展而带来的新课题以及HACCP体系在粮油食品产业发展中的持续作用。
HACCP system is a food safety system which has been internationally accepted and authorized by the public. This article is a description of the state of HACCP system in some developed country, as well as in China, and compared the difference between them. It also discussed about new problems born from the developing of technology and industry, and the durative effect of HACCP in food and oil industry.
