14种潮汕植物中总黄酮的提取及其自由基清除率的测定 被引量:1

摘要 对14种常见的潮汕植物进行了总黄酮的提取,并研究了这些植物对羟基自由基的清除能力。提取过程主要采取了两种方法:传统的温水浸提法和微波乙醇法。结果表明,微波乙醇法对这些常见的植物中总黄酮的提取效率比较高,这些植物的黄酮提取液对羟基自由基的清除能力比较强,而且与浓度存在线性关系,为潮汕植物的进一步研究和合理利用提供了理论依据。 The total flavonoids extraction of :14 kinds of common Chaoshan plants were carried on and these plants on the hydroxyl free radical elimination ability were studied.Two main methods traditional warm water extraction and microwave ethyl alcohol extraction were used in the extraction process. The results indicated that the yield of flavonoids by microwave ethyl alcohol extraction was higher than that of the traditional warm water extraction.The total flavonoid extract from these plants had good scavenging effect on hydroxyl free radical, and had the linear relations.The results will provide new scientific evidence for further studies.
