纳豆枯草芽孢杆菌生物发酵川穹嗪初探

摘要 据资料显示,纳豆芽孢杆菌具有生物合成川穹嗪(TMP)等吡嗪类物质的特性,但并未深入展开研究。本文考察了液体发酵培养和固体发酵过程中底物乙偶姻(ACT)的加入时间、乙偶姻添加量及种子液的加入量对TMP生物合成的影响。实验结果表明,液体培养基组成为20%大豆浸泡物、0.5%乙偶姻时最有利于TMP的合成;固体发酵过程中,当前体在培养84h时加入TMP的合成量最高,TMP产率随底物乙偶姻加入量的增加而增加,与种子液的加入量呈负相关。 It is reported that Bacillus subtilis natto had the ability to synthesize methypyrazine(TMP), but there is no profound investigation.The aim of this paper was to study the impact of the composition of culture medium in liquid fermentation,the addition time and the amount of acetoin, the inoculum level of Bacillus subtilis natto on the formation of TMP in solid-state fermentation.Results showed that liquid medium composed of 20% of soybeans soaked material,0.5% acetoin was the most beneficial to the synthesis of TMP.The highest TMP yield was obtained when acetoin was added in 84h culture time.The synthesis of TMP has positive coorelation with the adding dosage of acetoin,whereas has negative relation with the inoculum level of Bacillus subtilis natto.
