摘要
以台农一号芒果为材料,探讨6-BA处理对芒果糖分代谢的影响。结果表明,谢花后60d芒果糖分的积累最高,6-BA处理能提高转化酶的活性,加速芒果糖分的代谢。
Tainong No.1 mango was used as the experimental material,the effects of 6-BA on sugar metabolism in mango were discussed.The results showed that the sugar accumulation was highest at the 60d after the flowers withered,the activity of enzymes of the mango with 6-BA treatment were higher, 6-BA accelerated sugar metabolism of mango.
