摘要 目的:研究胡萝卜多糖对D-半乳糖所致衰老小鼠的抗衰老作用。方法:对小鼠颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖制造衰老模型小鼠,采用维生素E和不同剂量的胡萝卜多糖对小鼠灌胃处理。结果:胡萝卜多糖能显著提高小鼠血清、肝、脑中SOD、CAT的含量,降低小鼠血清、肝、脑中MDA的含量,提高小鼠血清、肝、脑T-AOC(总抗氧化能力);高、中剂量的胡萝卜多糖效果与一定量维生素E效果相当。结论:胡萝卜多糖有一定的抗氧化作用,从而起到抗衰老作用。 Objective: To study the anti-aging effects of potysaccharides of carrot on aging mice induced by D-galactose. Methods:The mice were injected D-galactose under the skin from neck back, D-galactose aging model mice were manufactured.The mice were fed Vitamin E and different doses of polysaccharides of carrot. Results: Polysaccharides of carrot can significantly improve SOD, CAT levels of serum, liver and brain.It can lower the MDA content in serum, liver and brain then improve the T-AOC (total anti-oxidative capacity)in serum, liver and brain.Conclusion:The polysaccharides of carrot have anti-oxidative effect,thus the polysaccharides of carrot have anti-aging effect.
