摘要
核酸酶P1是一种重要的工业酶制剂,可用于水解核酸生产5’-核苷酸。本文综述了利用桔青霉发酵得到核酸酶P1的菌种选育、培养基优化、发酵工艺控制、浓缩、相关应用和国内外市场状况。
Nuclease P1 is an important industrial enzyme,it can be used for hydrolyzing nucleic acid to produce 5′- nucleotide. The strain selection, medium optimization, fermentation process control, concentration, related applications and domestic and international market conditions of nuclease P1 produced by Penicillium citrinum were reviewed.
