摘要
110kV双端电源联络线的小电源侧保护重合闸通常采用"检同期"方式。然而当故障发生在风电场并网联络线时,风电场侧保护重合闸如采用"检同期"方式往往难以动作成功。针对该问题,文中根据双馈风电机组的控制原理,结合电网故障录波波形,剖析了风电场侧保护重合闸采用"检同期"方式难以动作成功的原因。在此基础上,提出了风电场并网联络线重合闸的合理配合方式,并应用于现场,有效提高了风电场并网联络线的供电可靠性。
The "synchronization detected" control logic is generally used in the reclosing relay of small power source' s 110 kV double-ended tie-line. However, when the fault occurs in the tie-line with wind farm interconnected, it is difficult for the reclosing relay at the wind power side to successfully act if the synchronization detected control logic is used. According to the control theory of the wind turbine driven doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) and the fault recording waveform, the reason for the failure is analyzed. Based on the studies, a proper coordination mode of reclosing relays in the tie-line is proposed and applied in practice, which efficiently improves the reliability of the tie-line.
