摘要
无锡市金匮桥为旧桥重建项目,新桥主桥设计为(55.7+105+55.7)m下承式钢桁梁桥,综述该桥总体设计及结构特色。该桥采用2片主桁结构,主桁采用通透率高的三角式桁架,主桁高度采用二次抛物线变化形式;主梁采用整体钢箱梁以解决宽桥面与低梁高的矛盾;将非机动车道和人行道支承于主梁外挑的托架上,通过调整托架高度解决机动车道与非机动车道高差渐变的问题;通过对下承式钢桁梁外形的优化,使该桥成为具有地标意义的城市景观桥梁。
The Jinkui Bridge in Wuxi City is a reconstructed bridge.The main bridge of the new Bridge is designed as a through steel truss girder bridge with span arrangement(55.7+105+55.7) m.A summarized account of the overall design and structural features of the Bridge is presented herewith.The Bridge employs a structure of two main trusses.The trusses are the triangular ones that have good visibility and the height of the trusses varies in the quadratic parabola.To resolve the contradiction between the wide deck and shallow girder depth,the integral steel box girder is selected for the main girder.The bicycle tracks and sidewalks are arranged on the cantilevers bracketed at the outer sides of the main girder and the problem of gradual variation of height difference between the vehicle lanes and bicycle tracks is settled by adjusting the height of the brackets.The optimization of the configuration of the through steel truss girder finally makes the Bridge a urban landscape bridge of landmark significance.
