摘要
为了准确控制制丝生产线红外测温仪的计量精度,满足对物料温度的工艺控制要求,选用准确度为1.0℃的手持式红外测温仪作为比对标准,对在线温度仪表进行计量确认。通过对测试结果大量数据的统计处理,采用格拉布斯准则消除比对过程人为因素产生的粗大误差,准确计算系统误差,从而调整其发射率,修正温度显示,满足了在线红外测温仪±1.0℃计量精度的要求。测试结果表明,利用统计方法剔除粗大误差干扰后的仪表误差,其统计具有规律性,符合正态分布。误差均值μ的最大无偏估计值为,置信因子取0.95(Cp,Cpk取0.67)时,误差为±1.0℃的概率是95%以上,提高了温度测控仪表测量结果的准确性。
In order to improve the measurement precision of IRTM in tobacco primary processing line to meet the requirements of materiel temperature control, the on-line IRTM was checked by a hand-held IRTM with precision of 1.0 ℃. The on-line IRTM was calibrated on the basis of measurement data by Grubbs criterion to eliminate the gross errors caused by manual operation and accurately calculating systematic errors. The test results showed that the resulted meter error conformed to normal distribution. The probability of error falling in the range of ±1.0 ℃ was over 95%.
