摘要
园本教研作为一种有组织、有目的的园所管理活动,要求事先进行良好的设计和策划,确立教研活动的目标和内容,找准教研所探讨的问题,设计具体的实施方案,关注实施过程中的各要素和环节。教研活动还要求教研主持人要掌握一定的主持人策略,能够围绕主题展开多种形式的交流互动,保证教研活动的有序进行。与此同时,教研活动还需相关专业人员给予必要的专业引领,以此提升园本教研的水平和层次。
As an organizational and purposeful management activity of kindergartens, kindergarten-based research needs to be designed well in advance, including establishing objectives and content of teaching and research activities, finding out the teaching and research issues, designing specific implementation programs, concerning about the implementation process of the various elements and links. The host of teaching and research activities is also required to master a certain host strategy to focus on themes interact in various forms to ensure teaching and research activities in an orderly manner. At the same time, teaching and research activities need professional staff to give the necessary expert coaching in order to enhance the level of kindergarten based research.
