摘要
研究了α-玉米赤霉醇标准物质中痕量杂质的测定方法。采用高效液相色谱/离子阱-飞行时间/串联质谱仪定性分析α-玉米赤霉醇中的杂质,得到杂质的四级谱,碎片质核比(m/z)的测量值与理论值的差异的相对值在10×10-6之内。由多碎片的可能裂解途径和结构推断出α-玉米赤霉醇标准物质中2个主要杂质分别为β-玉米赤霉醇和玉米赤霉酮,并用标准品对上述结果进行了验证。
The measurement of impurities in certified reference material of α-zearalanol was performed. Four level mass spectrum of impurities in α-zearalanol raw material were acquired by high performance liquid chromatography-ion trap- time of flight mass spectrometer ( HPLC-IT-TOF MS). The difference of m /z between experimental value and theoretical value of fragments was less than 10 ppm. From analysis of possible structures and fragmentation pathway of fragments two impurities in α-zearalanol raw material were deduced,that was β-zearalanol and zearalanone. The results were verified by spack standard of β-zearalanol and zearalanone.
