摘要
以雄性泥鳅作为模型动物,采用半静水式暴露体系,研究了镉(Cd)在泥鳅体内的富集分布以及17β-雌二醇(E2)对Cd富集分布的影响。研究结果显示,肾脏、肝脏、肠和鳃是Cd在雄性泥鳅体内的主要富集器官,且Cd的富集量呈现明显的时间-效应和剂量-效应关系。肌肉、骨头和性腺中Cd的富集量却很低。并且,E2的共同暴露或预暴露并没有改变Cd的主要富集器官。
The effect of the tissue accumulation and distribution of cadmium (Cd) in male Chinese loaches and of 17β-estradiol (E2) on the distribution of Cd were investigated via using semi-static waterborne exposure system. The results demonstrated that kidney,liver,intestine,and gills were the main targets for Cd accumulation in male Chinese loaches,and Cd bioaccumulation showed an obvious time- and dose- dependent relationship. Little amounts of Cd were accumulated in muscle,bone,and gonad. In addition,the co-exposure or pretreatment with E2 did not change the main target for Cd accumulation.
