摘要
工业自动化的发展使得可编程序控制器广泛应用,然而在许多企业中仍采用传统方式,为提高自动化程度,提高效益就要对已有设备进行PLC改造。主要介绍对汽车消声器气密性检测及打标工序的改造实例,基于PLC控制器、MCGS组态软件为上位机及其他一些外围设备的控制系统设计。整合后的自动控制系统大大提高的生产效率,减少了劳动强度。
The PLC has been extensive use due to the industrial automation,while in some factories tradition ways still exist.To improve industrialization,it is necessary to reform the facility.This paper introduces the car muffler leak detection and marking processes of technological transformation,the controller based on PLC,MCGS configuration software for the host computer and other peripheral equipment,control system design.
