摘要
对装煤车的自动控制系统进行研究,实现装煤车的无人操作。在装煤车系统工作控制设计中,应用了S7-300PLC。首先确定了PLC的输入量和输出量,以及系统中每个动作完成后系统状态发生的变化;对系统过程控制的逻辑关系进行了研究,并编制了系统控制程序,结合所编制的程序对系统的工作性能作了进一步的分析。重点讨论了以下几个问题:装煤车的行车、定位;揭盖机的前进,后退,上升,下降;装煤下料、电磁打盖等,以及装煤车动作之间的衔接和实现。
The research in the charging car's automatic control system,which is of much importance both to the technology and the society.In the process soft the control design of the charging car's system work,this paper applies the programmable logical controller S7-300.At first,confirm the input,output and variety of system condition after each step;have a deep research in the logic relation of system control process,draw up the system control program.Put great emphasis in the paper to discuss a few problem below:the charging car's move position;the uncover-lid-machine's moving forward and back,going up and down;falling coal;magnetize,and the realization and adjustment of all charging car's action is a part of this research also.
