Automatic Control System for Industry Detonator Autoloading

采用工业控制计算机(IPC)组成的分布式控制系统对工业雷管的生产过程进行自动化控制,该系统能对50群发的工业雷管的药高实现精确控制。上位机采用组态王软件对整个生产过程实时监控、参数设置、报警提示、报表打印等。

In order to control the production process,industrial computer （IPC）which composed of distributional control system is used to industry detonator autoloading line.The system controlled the heigh of fifty group of industry detonator precisely.And using King View,upper monitor interface has been developed,the real-time monitoringof the data on-site alarm,statements print,configuration settings and so on are realized.
