摘要
采用松下FP1-C40型PLC为控制器,以组态王软件为上位机开发平台。通过分析控制动作流程,完成PLC程序设计,实现了气动机械手将不同颜色的物块搬运到指定位置。通过组态软件设计系统图形界面,定义I/O设备,构造数据库,建立动画连接及联机调试,实现了上位机对系统的实时监控。控制安全可靠,监控界面友好。
The design is based on PLC of Panasonic FP1-C40 as the controller and the configuration software as the develop- ment platform of the host computer.This paper design the controlling flow chart,make the PLC control program,and fulfill to convey objects of diverse colors to different places with pneumatic manipulator.Moreover,using configuration software,and design the graphical interface,set the system's I /O device,structure the database,establish the animation connection,debug on line and finally achieve real-time monitoring and controlling of the host computer.The control is safety,stable and the controlling interface is friendly.
