Vibration Cause Analysis of the High-speed Three-phase Asynchronous Motor and Their Treatment

高压高速三相异步电动机在试验时,有少许电机振动值超标,有些电机振动值还比较大,严重影响电机的质量,通过一系列的拆检分析电机振动的原因并提出处理意见。

The vibration data of certain parts of them were exceeded over the permitted value, furthermore, some of them were exceeded seriously, while testing the HV highspeed motors, so as to influence the quality of the motor. The vibration cause was found and treatment measures were put forward after the motor was disassembled and inspected.
