摘要
对高温高压屏蔽电泵堵转现象进行分析,得出电泵发生堵转现象是因下止推轴承装配工作面外凸内凹,轴承类似碟盘状,与推力盘配合形成了楔角,局部发生摩擦。在系统压力作用下,工作面形成局部负压,导致轴承摩擦副比压力增大,摩擦阻转矩达到并超过起动转矩。
The locked rotor phenomenon of the high-temperature and high-pressure shield pump was analyzed and the cause of it was revealed that working surface of the downward thrust bearing projected outward and reentered entad, shaped like a small plate which formed a wedge angle and resulted in dry friction partially. With the function of the system pressure, mina pressure was established on the working surface, i.e. specific pressure of the friction was increased and friction torque reached or exceeded the value of start torque.
