在扇形冲片定子铁心叠压时,对叠压模内涨胀胎尺寸公差和导销厚度公差、形位公差以及定子铁心内径尺寸公差和扇形冲片内圆尺寸公差等因素进行了综合分析,阐述了扇形冲片定子铁心叠压质量的影响,提出了保证扇形冲片定子铁心叠压质量稳定性的措施。

A series factors during stator core sheets laminating like size tolerance of inner expanding die of laminating model, thickness tolerance of guide pin, geometer tolerance, diameter tolerance of stator core and inner circle size tolerance of sector laminations were analyzed synthetically, their influence to the quality of the stator core lamination was described and means to make the quality of stator core lamination sure was suggested as well.
