摘要
能量管理系统(EMS)是以计算机为基础的现代电力系统的综合自动化系统,针对当前智能电网对电力系统的发展要求,提出了现代EMS在智能电网中的应用发展要求,包括数据采集与分析,智能调度及辅助决策,输电计划及事故预测,基于广域测量技术的大区域电网认知与控制。并介绍了新一代EMS的开发理念与意义。
The energy management system(EMS) is a computer-based integrated automation system of the modern power system.In accordance with the requirements of current smart grid for the power system development,the development requirements of the application of the modern EMS in the smart grid were proposed,including data acquisition and analysis,intelligent dispatching and supporting decision-making,transmission planning and accident prediction,and large-area power grid cognition and control based on wide-area measurement technology.The development concept and significance of the new generation of EMS were also presented.
