产业结构的调整和优化需要产业层次和技术水平的提升,归根结底取决于技术结构的调整和优化。调整产业结构、发展低碳经济与经济可持续发展是内在统一的。发展低碳经济最根本的是要从生产方式的技术变革入手,将技术结构调整与发展低碳经济有机结合。马克思的资本有机构成理论对不同部门的技术差异作了分析,但没有分析部门内部不同技术类型等特点。根据部门内部不同的技术类型,资本技术构成可区分为低碳型技术构成和高碳型技术构成。理论模型与实证分析表明,技术类型、产业结构是影响碳排放量的重要因素。
