摘要
根据信息化建设全生命周期思想,建立较为完善的社区信息化水平评价指标体系,并利用模糊层次分析法建立评价模型,对社区信息化水平进行客观、公正和准确的综合评价,有助于进一步促进社区信息化的发展和完善,达到以评促建的目的。最后把此方法应用到某社区的社区信息化评价实例,并给出应用过程。
The current evaluation system of community infomatization level is not perfect,and the evaluation method is not scientific enough.The paper establishes the evaluation system of community infomatization level according to the full life-cycle for infomatization construction,and uses fuzzy analytical hierarchy to build evaluation model,which can help us to make an objective,fair and accurate comprehensive evaluation of community infomatization level,help to boost further development and improvement of community infomatization,and help to achieve the purpose of promoting the construction.Finally after applying this method to the evaluation of infomatization level in one community,the paper provides the application process.
