开放教育资源发展及其对我国数字化资源建设发展走向的思考

Thinking on Open Education Resource and its Influence on the Development of Digital Resources in China

经过多年的努力,开放教育资源运动取得蓬勃发展,对优质资源共享产生了广泛影响。然而,在这一轰轰烈烈的运动之后,也需要更加深入的思考,使得开放教育资源突破其现有概念内涵,从关注"开放"到关注"应用",对学习者的学习、对教师的教学应用产生真正有效的影响。在中国,优质的、高可用性的资源共享环境建设正成为领域发展的重大课题,融合开放教育资源理念、吸收开放教育资源成果、把握开放教育资源建设趋势对构建先进的教育资源共享环境具有重要意义。论文在这一方向上进行探讨,提出了构建生态化资源共享环境的基本设想。

Open education resource is a new development direction in this new century in the area of e-Learning,and it has imposed great influence on education（especially for engineering education）.Lots of high quality education resource have been shared and delivered all over the world.But OER initiatives have stepped into a special stage,where the notion of OER should be enlarged into other aspects,such as how to use these resources for effective teaching and effective learning.In China,the construction of high availability education resource sharing environment is the most important issue in e-Learning field.Accordingly,it is significant to adopt the notion of OER,to absorb the fruit of OER,and to understand the direction of OER.The paper introduces our ongoing research efforts in this area,and especially,the idea for constructing ecotypic education resource sharing environment is proposed.
