摘要
采用分光光度法测定不同产地黄芪、党参醇提取物的抗氧化性,并对它们清除自由基能力进行比较。结果显示,甘肃渭源、陇西、吉林舒兰、山西浑源黄芪醇提取物的DPPH自由基清除率依次为:21.38%、13.53%、35.09%和20.18%,表明不同产地的黄芪的抗氧化活性差异明显;陕西凤县、南郑、山西陵川党参醇提取物的DPPH自由基清除率依次为:17.56%、9.87%和8.03%,表明不同产区的党参抗氧化活性存在一定的差异;黄芪、党参提取物清除DPPH自由基的IC50分别是0.24和0.85 mg.mL-1,即黄芪提取物清除自由基能力大于党参提取物。
Using the assay systems of spectrophotometric method,we determined the ability of scavenging effect on DPPH of Astragalus membranaceus and Codonopsis pilosula ethanol extracts from different habitats to investigate the antioxidant activity of A.membranaceus and C.pilosula.The scavenging radical capacities on DPPH of A.membranaceus from Weiyuan Gansu,Longxi Gansu,Shulan Jilin and Hunyuan Shanxi,were 21.38%,13.53%,35.09% and 20.18%,respectively.The scavenging radical capacities on DPPH of C.pilosula from Fengxian Shaanxi,Lingchuan Shanxi,and Nanzheng Shaanxi,were 17.56%,9.87% and 8.03%,respectively.The IC50 of A.membranaceus and C.pilosula were 0.24 and 0.85 mg·mL-1,respectively.It was shown that the antioxidant activity was higher in A.membranaceus than that in C.pilosula.
