一种新型的分子内电荷转移荧光探针测定人血清白蛋白

摘要 由于人血清白蛋白(HSA)与一种分子内电荷转移(ICT)化合物1-酮-2-(对二甲氨基苯亚甲基)-四氢萘(KDTN)的结合反应,引起KDTN荧光的增强,其荧光强度的增强与HSA的浓度在13.6~272.0 mg.L-1范围内呈线性关系。据此提出了以KDTN为探针测定人血清白蛋白的荧光方法。方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.136 mg.L-1,用标准加入法对方法的回收率作了试验,测得平均回收率为104.4%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=7)为4.1%。 Due to the combination reaction between human serum albumin(HSA) and the intromolecular charge transfer(ICT) compound,1-keto-2-(p-dimethylaminobenzal)-tetrahydronaphthalene(KDTN),fluorescence of which was found to be enhanced.Linear relationship between the magnitude of the enhanced fluorescence intensity and mass concentration of HSA was found in the range of 13.6-272.0 mg·L-1.Based on these facts,the new ICT fluorescence probe was proposed to be used for determination of HSA.Detection limit(3S/N) of this method was found to be 0.136 mg·L-1.Recovery and precision of the method were tested by standard addition method,giving values of average recovery of 104.4% and RSD′s(n=7) of 4.1%.
