摘要 采用激光烧蚀固体进样,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对皮肤可疑电流斑中金属元素的含量进行测定。对金属导体、皮肤可疑斑和空白皮肤中各金属元素含量进行比较,结果表明:金属导体中铬、镍和铜的含量最高;而皮肤可疑斑中该3种元素的含量虽较低,但比空白皮肤中含量高出约两个数量级。因此鉴定该皮肤可疑斑为电流斑。 A method of ICP-MS for determination of metal elements in doubtful electric current speckle of skin with laser ablation sample introduction was proposed.By comparing contents of metal elements in metallic conductor,in doubtful speckle on skin and in blank skin,it was found that: the contents of Cr,Ni and Cu in metallic conductor were highest.While the contents of above 3 elements in doubtful speckle of skin were lower,but were about two orders of magnitude higher than those in blank skin.Hence,the doubtful speckle of skin was identified to be electric current speckle.
