摘要
在阐述生态经济区划的指导思想和原则的基础上,结合有关生态规划文件,构建了黄土高原区县域生态经济功能区划的指标体系,并选取了较为流行的区划方法——聚类分析法。通过对吴起县的实证分析发现,该指标体系具有较强的理论价值,可用于黄土高原区县域生态经济区划。
