摘要
北方山区长期面临着商品能源价格过高以及非商品能源供给不足等农村能源问题,导致农村居民基本生活能源支出负担过重,农户不得不支出更多的能源费用或降低基本生活用能水平。从北京市门头沟区农村能源状况的调查分析可知,解决北方山区农村能源问题的关键是确保冬季取暖和日常炊事用能的供应充足、价格合理。因此,要通过保障商品能源供给、发展可再生能源、加强农村节能工作等措施来解决北方山区的农村能源问题。
The rural households have to pay more or decrease the amount of energy because of the high price of commercial energy and non-commercial energy scarcity.The important thing is insure the supply and the price of energy sources to solve rural domestic energy source problem by analyses the configuration and the status of rural domestic energy sources in Mentougou district of Beijing.The article points out that solving rural domestic energy source problem through ample supply of commercial energy,development renewable energy resources and energy conservation.
