发展低碳经济的战略思考

全球气候变暖深刻影响着人类生活、社会发展和生态环境,是世界面临最严峻的挑战之一,发展低碳经济是应对气候变化的有力措施。我国作为发展中国家及温室气体排放大国,面临国际和国内的双重压力,急需探索出适合我国发展的低碳之路。在分析我国发展低碳经济必要性的基础上,从管理机制、低碳技术、城市试点三个方面概述我国目前低碳经济发展现状,进一步指出我国发展低碳经济急需解决的问题,结合我国特有的管理体制,对我国的低碳经济发展方向提出合理的建议。
