摘要
通过在β-环糊精微球上键接壳聚糖,合成了具有优良吸附性能的β-环糊精微球衍生物。利用X-射线衍射仪和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪表征原料和衍生物的结构,通过改变溶液的搅拌时间、温度、pH和甲基橙浓度等实验条件比较原料和衍生物对甲基橙溶液的吸附性能。结果表明,衍生物与原料相比,吸附性能更为优异,且衍生物的吸附量随温度和pH升高而增大,最大吸附量达到20mg/g。
β-cyclodextrin microsphere was bonded to chitosan.XRD and IR were used to characterize the structure and micro-morphology.Raw materials were compared with derivative in adsorbing methyl orange through changing stirring time,temperature,pH and methyl orange concentration.It was proved that the adsorption of derivative was better than that of chitosan and β-cyclodextrin microsphere.In addition,the adsorption of derivative increased with temperature and pH,the maximum adsorption is 20 mg/g.
