摘要
矿业权有偿竞争出让可以促进我国矿产资源的合理配置,提高矿产资源的保障能力,推动矿业经济快速健康发展。本文首先分析了我国当前面临的矿产资源形势,在此基础上,系统总结了矿业权有偿竞争出让的五点意义和九点主要做法,以期对促进我国矿业权有偿竞争出让工作有所启发。
Compensated and competition transfer of mining rights can strengthen the rational allocation of mineral resources,improve the safeguard capability of mineral resources and promote mineral economic into rapid and healthy development.This paper firstly summarized the current mineral resource situations for China,and then the five-point significance and nine-point practices of compensated and competition transfer of mining rights were analyzed for promoting the mining rights transfer work.
