摘要
再生混凝土技术可以减少天然砂石开采对环境的破坏以及废弃混凝土对环境的污染,对混凝土技术走向可持续发展的道路有着十分重要的意义。对经人工破碎后的再生骨料的基本性能以及再生混凝土450℃高温后的性能进行了试验研究。研究表明:和天然石子相比,再生骨料具有表观密度较小、吸水率与含水率高、压碎指标值较高等特点;高温后再生混凝土强度、质量损失率比普通混凝土大,并且混凝土强度、质量损失率随再生骨料替代率的增加而增大。
Recycled concrete technology can reduce the destruction of the natural aggregate mining and the pollution of waste concrete on the environment.It is very important to sustainable development of concrete technology.In this paper,the basic properties of the recycled aggregate and the compressive strength and mass loss of the recycled aggregate after 450 ℃ high temperature are tested.The results show that the performance of recycled aggregate show smaller apparent density,higher water absorption,higher moisture content and crushed index value than the natural stones aggregate.After high temperature,the strength reduction rate and the mass loss rate of recycled concrete are higher than ordinary concrete's.The strength reduction rate and the mass loss rate of recycled concrete increase with the mount of the substitution rate of recycled aggregate.
