摘要 煤矿地面工业环境中混凝土特种结构受到恶劣的自然环境、复杂的工艺以及力学环境等耦合作用,如何研究该种环境下钢筋混凝土性能的劣化机理并获取相应的实验室模拟数据一直是研究者追求的目标。通过大量现场检测结果分析,确定煤矿地面工业自然环境中以HCl和Cl2为主的酸雾和固体附着物中钙、镁的氯化物是主要影响因素,因特殊工艺要求造成错层、开洞等不规则结构形式在较大自重荷载以及频繁的设备动力荷载作用等多种因素耦合作用下引起钢筋混凝土构件内部损伤的产生和积累,造成构件疲劳破坏,严重影响结构的安全性。本文主要从材料的角度分析钢筋混凝土劣化机理,探讨需要进一步开展的研究工作,为以后的研究和试验提供参考。 Special concrete structures serving in colliery ground industrial environment were under the couple effect of bad natural environment,comlex process and mechanics environment.How to study the deterioration mechanism of reinforced concrete serving in this environment and how to get the simulate data from the laboratory become researchers’pursuing target for a long time.By analyzing much data got from project test,HCl and Cl2-based mist and calcium and magnesium chlorides in the surface fixtures were identified as the main influence factors.Internal damages were produced and accumulated under large weight and frequent equipments dynamic load in irregular reinforced concrete structures such as stagger and opennings satisfied to specific process requirements.Fatigue damage produced and the safety of the structures was affected severely.Deterioration mechanisms were dicussed in the view of materials,further research jobs discussed,and references were provided to the following study and experiments.
