摘要
介绍了采用云南昆明地方性低品质细骨料——机制砂和特细山砂并掺加磨细矿渣粉和粉煤灰配制C80高强混凝土试验研究的情况,以及在云铜时代广场工程中一次性8 000 m3大规模生产和工程应用的情况。通过研究和应用结果表明:使用P.O 42.5级水泥、S75级矿渣、II级粉煤灰、机制砂、特细山砂,掺入聚羧酸高效减水剂,采用常规的生产工艺,即可生产出28 d强度达到100 MPa以上,能够满足泵送施工要求的C80高强混凝土。
This article describes pumping high-strength concrete C80 was studied with yunnan kunming local raw materials,such as artificial sand,extra-fine sand,slag and fly ash.8 000 m3 concrete was used in yun-tong times square engineering.The research and application indicates that using conventional production process,can produce 28 day compressive strength of concrete reaches 100 MPa or more,and workability of con-crete meets requirements of pumping concrete,when concrete was made with P.O 42.5 cement,S75 slag,II fly ash,artificial sand,extra-fine sand and Polycarboxylate superplasticizer.
