摘要
虚拟咨询企业与图书馆都是借助于网络信息技术向社会提供虚拟咨询服务的组织,两者有很多相似的地方。但是,虚拟咨询企业的发展速度、咨询问题的解决数量都是图书馆所无法相比的。本文通过选取猪八戒威客网和联合知识导航网,对两者虚拟咨询模式进行分析和比较来探讨虚拟咨询企业对图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务的启示,以期能够改善、提高图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务水平。
The virtual consulting firms and the libraries are all the organizations providing virtual consuhing service for the society with the help of the Internet information technology. There are many similarities between them. However, the development pace of the virtual consulting firms and the number of their solutions to the consulting problems are faster and larger than those of libraries. This paper selects the Zhubajie Witkey and the Collaborative Online Reference Services as examples to draw inspirations from the virtual consulting firms for libraries to learn by analyzing and comparing their virtual consuhing models with a view to improving and upgrading the virtual reference service level of libraries.
