摘要
给出了电解铜导电棒矫直机矫直工艺规程中各可调辊压下量的精确理论解。采用MATLAB软件编写了辊数及压弯挠度设计的计算机程序。通过有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对导电棒矫直过程的动态模拟研究其各阶段的等效应力及矫后平直度。
Accuracy answers to the adjustable reduction of every roller and the key technical parameters for conducting bar were put forward.MATLAB software was used to solve the roller number and the bending deflection of every roller.The straightening process of conducting bar was simulated and researched by finite element software of ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The stress of conducting bar of different parts and the straightness after straightening were studied.
