高原、高寒地区救灾医疗卫生装备的管理与维护

Management and Maintenance of Disaster Relief Medical Equipment in Altiplano and Alpine Area

本文简要介绍高原、高寒地区复杂多变的气候和恶劣的自然环境,并指出在这些地方因抗震、抗冰雪、防沙尘等救灾需要大量使用医疗卫生装备时,应加强日常的管理和平时的保养维护工作,以便提高设备的使用性能和使用率,从而更好地完成救治保障任务。

This paper briefly describes the complex natural environment in altiplano and alpine area, in which disaster relief medical instruments are commonly used, then puts forward that the routine management and maintenance about disaster relief medical instruments should be enhanced,thus to improve the function and use ratio of the instruments.
