Pelvic floor dysfunction seriously affects the quality of life in older women. The ＂Integry Theory＂ was proposed in recent years, and to be the new concept in the pelvic floor repair and reconstruction. The traditional concepts and operations were being challenged, especially in the retention of prolapse organs became the focus of debate.
