摘要
本文主要对STK-1000及多种早期生产的腰椎用拉压复位治疗床中的液压和测量部分的原理、功能进行了分析,并对存在的油缸摩擦力与机械阻力大、测量精度低等问题进行了改进,实践证明改进后,提高了设备在临床使用的效果和安全可靠性。
The paper mainly conducts analysis on principle and function of hydraulic pressure and detecting unit of STK-1000 and many kinds of early-stage produced lumbar vertebrae pulling and pressing reposition Treatment Table, and proposes improvement on problems of large frictional force and mechanical resistance of hydraulic cylinder and low accuracy of measurement, etc. It has proven that effect and safety reliability of equipment in clinical use has been heightened.
